“The participants have learnt so much and developed so much over the last few days, not only musically but also as people: listening to others and responding to them, contributing both individually and as part of a group, taking the initiative, developing their own ideas, taking account of structures and agreeing on them as a group, acting courageously and confidently whilst always keeping community in mind – what our students have learnt and tried out here in a musical context are skills that will also help them throughout their lives!”
